Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain flat plate composite building materials which are head to break during transportation, lightweight and easy to handle by forming specific gaps between the front and rear cloths, and sticking a double woven and braided tissue fiber construction having connecting threads standing upright between both cloths in the gaps on a surface facing material. CONSTITUTION:The front cloth 11 and the rear cloth 12 of composite building materials 17 are bound with connecting threads 13 to form gaps 14 of 3-20mm between both cloths, and a double woven and braided tissue fiber construction 15 having the connecting threads 13 standing upright between both cloths 11 and 12 is formed. The construction 15 is stuck to an inorganic plate material such as marble, granite and the like or a surface facing material 16 such as woven braid, nonwoven fabric, artificial leather, vinyl, cloth, wall paper and the like. According to the constitution, interior execution having sound absorption effect as well as light shock-resistance hard to break can be carried out.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention is applicable to flat building materials, especially marble, tiles, etc.

[Prior art] Marble has a total thickness of 1 to 2 cm or more and a size of 30 cI.
Marble is processed as a board with a size larger than II and used for flooring and wall materials, but marble is a heavy building material with a high specific gravity, and in order to install it on a wall, a sturdy temporary frame is required to support it. In addition, it cannot be directly applied to 8LC, foamed concrete I, and wall surfaces, which are commonly used these days, because there is a risk of peeling and falling.

Therefore, flat building materials made of minerals with a high specific gravity are processed into thin and small pieces, just like tiles, but marble processed into tiles around 10 cm square does not look good and is used as marble. It loses its value, and the thinner it becomes, the greater the risk of it breaking during transportation. In particular, natural marble, which is expensive and has a random crystal structure, is easily broken and therefore has to be made thick and large, which requires a great deal of effort to transport and construct.

For this reason, attempts have been made to make the marble thinner and lighter by adhering and reinforcing an aluminum honeycomb structure with large voids on the back side, but aluminum bends easily, and the surface of the stacked marble is made of aluminum. It is easy to get scratches due to this, and a special surface protection sheet 1- is required when packing it.

Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a flat building material such as marble or granite that does not require a special surface protection sheet for packaging, is difficult to break during transportation, and is light and easy to handle.

A gap 14 of 20u+ is formed, and the binding thread 13 is inserted within the gap.
The double fiber structure 15 standing upright on these fabrics 11 and 12 is attached to an inorganic plate material such as marble or granite, a woven or knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, artificial leather, vinyl cloth, interior sheet such as wallpaper, etc. It is characterized by being laminated to a decorative surface material 16 of slate, marble board, and other inorganic building materials, especially 1 with a random crystal structure and directional strength.
The present invention is particularly effective for building materials made of 1i-valent natural marble and granite.

The double-fiber knitted fiber structure 15 applied to the present invention is made as an intermediate product in the manufacturing process of moquette and Wilton carpet fabrics, and is made as an intermediate product in the manufacturing process of moquette or Wilton carpet fabric.
Fabrics 11 and 12 of textiles 11 and 12 and binding yarn 13
Depending on the method of joining, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 13-5310, the tufting method is used, in which the front and back 4J fabrics overlapped are sewn together with pile thread,
As shown in No. 0-25825, Will weaves the front and back fabrics in a double layer while binding them with Pail yarn! There are methods such as those based on the N moquette method, and those based on the Raschel moquette method, in which the front and back fabrics are heavily knitted with pile threads in a knot L7, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-59336Ii+.

When producing a pile 4J fabric, the binding yarn 13 is cut between the front and back 4I fabrics 11 and 12 of the double-fiber knitted fabric structure 15, and the fabric is divided into two cut pile fabrics, the front and back. In the present invention, the binding thread 13 is not cut and the front and back sides are 411t.

In particular, the composite IIT material 17 according to the present invention is adhesively constructed on a floor or wall surface with an adhesive such as cement 1-, with the double-fiber knitted fiber structure 15 on the back side. In order to make it easier for the adhesive to be press-fitted into the gap 14 between the front and back fabrics 11 and 12, the lining fabric Il! II2 has a porous woven/knitted structure, and the lining fabric 11 has a dense woven/knitted structure so as to be tightly enclosed in the surface-facing L material 16.
! It is preferable to change the weaving and knitting structure of +1 and 12, and for that purpose, it is preferable to knit the double-fiber knitted structure fiber structure 15 using a double-knitted warp knitting machine.

Composite building material 17 according to the present invention includes 1. Turn the L-weight knitted tissue fiber structure 15 to the back side, apply adhesive such as cement, and apply Table 1.
It is press-fitted into the gap 14 between the ground and adhered to the floor or wall surface. The adhesive used at the time is easily press-fitted into the gap 14, and (1) the press-fitted adhesive is not partitioned by the binding threads 13 in the gap 14, but is integrated with the binding threads 13 and surfaces on the tJE material. 16?di'
This will form a backing layer, and since the front and back fabrics 11 and 12 are made of U, L + fibers that are difficult to crack, it will not be possible to protect the floor or wall surface. NoseTf&
