試験診断プログラムを送信する手段と、前記情報処理装
置で前記試験診断プログラムを受信する手段と、前記情
報処理装置側の補助記憶装置に記憶されている試験診断
プログラムを受信した試験診断プログラムに置き換える
手段とを有する。

、前記情報処理装置側の補助記憶装置に記憶されている
試験診断プログラムを受信した試験診断プログラムに置
き換える手段とを有することを特徴とするリモート保守
