Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a telephone system and to utilize a line effectively by providing a switch acquiring an incoming call without giving any effect on a busy line when a new incoming call reaches during talking and giving a command to deliver a voice message and a means storing the voice message in advance. CONSTITUTION:When the operator during communication depresses a busy reply switch 8 provided to the telephone set, a signal representing the depression of the busy reply switch 8 is sent to a master system via a controller 9 of a key telephone set and a master system interface 7.
