Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、壜又は容悉に入れた所定量の、アトマイズさ
れた又は微小体化された形を含む液状製品又はペースト
状製品を適量ずつ取り出す手動ボンブのための密閉装置
に係る。
この種のポンプはよ（知られており、異なる直径の同軸
部分から成る円形断面の主要中空胴部と、ポンプ操作部
材全体のハウジングと、主要胴部の開放端の一方から突
出する同軸心棒とを含む。この心棒を軸方向に押しつけ
ると型内に入った製品を取り出すことができ、こうして
一定量の空気が壜から取り出された製品にとって代わる
。
公知の通り、ポンプ頂部は外部に突出するポンプの心棒
の上部が通る同軸孔をもつプラスチック製の環状閉鎖部
材によって閉じられ、穴は対応する心棒上部より直径が
僅かに大である。心棒は））１軸つば部をもち、その下
面に対してポンプのつる巻ばねの上部がもたれかかり、
つば部上面はこのばねの作用で前記閉鎖部材の）面にこ
の穴の縁に沿って当接される。
公知型ポンプでは、つば部上面に担持され且つ、これと
閉鎖部材土面との間に配置された環状ゴムパツキンを備
えることが通例である。しかしこの密１１１部材の役割
を果すゴムパツキンには幾つかの欠点がある。特に、明
らかにこのパツキンがゴム製であるために、適量ずつ取
り出される製品を変質させあるいは匂いを変えてしまう
。加えて、適量ずつ取り出される製品はしばしば溶剤を
含んでおり、前記パツキンのゴムを溶かしてしまう。
本発明の目的は、ゴムパツキンを備えるポンプの前記の
欠点を、ゴムパツキンの無い、但しあらゆる状況の下で
壜が転倒又は傾斜されるとき製品の漏れを防ぎ、且つポ
ンプの手動操作により分配される製品の体積を補うため
所定量の空気が型内に入るのを可能にりる新規の密閉装
置を提供することによって是正することである。
前記の目的は、ポンプの上部閉鎖部材が弾性的に変形可
能ののプラスチック材料で作られており、前記閉鎖部材
の軸方向穴内には、壜が転倒され、又は何かの方法で傾
けられる時であってもポンプを操作する間は心棒と閉鎖
部材との間の密閉を確実に行なうためポンプ心棒の対応
部分より直径の僅かに小さな円形開口を形成する環状縁
部が設けられて８３す、一方では心棒が両方向にスライ
ドすることがｉ１１能であって、且つポンプによって取
り出された均質のＭを補うため一定量の空気が外部から
導入されることがｃ＋Ｊ能であり、心棒のっぽ部はその
上面に、ポンプが作動していない時に密ｎを与えるため
弾性材料で作られた閉鎖部材の）面に対しポンプのコイ
ルばねのスラストの下で係合する同軸環状密ＩＩ山積部
を含んでいることを特徴とする本発明密閉装置によって
達成される。
このことは、いかなる状況においても公知技術のポンプ
の環状ゴムパツキンの使用を求めることなく、ポンプの
心棒と上部１１１　ｆｆｉ部材との間のみ密閉性を確保
する。
さらに本発明はポンプ閉鎖部材が、壜の口部と壜にポン
プを固定するリングとの間に、密閉ガスケットを形成す
るためそれから径方向に延伸する同軸環状フランジを含
んでいることを特徴とする。
このように分配ポンプを含む壜を密■する問題は、単独
部材ずなわち修正された形状をもち且つ適正な弾性のプ
ラスチック材料で構成されるポンプ閉鎖部材を用いて完
全に解決される。
本発明は以下に例として挙げる２つの具体例の説明から
さらに明確になるであろう。前記説明は次の添付図面を
参照して行なうこととする。
第１図から、ポンプ１０は両垂直方向に可動であり１つ
同軸コイルはね１６によって上方向に付勢される心棒１
２をもつことが分かる。ポンプ１０は、心棒１２の上方
向への動きを制限する部材／としても働く閉鎖部材１４
によって上方を閉止されており、心棒１２のつば部１８
はばね１６の作用下で閉鎖部材１４の下側に対して当接
される。
ポンプ１０は金属リング２２によって壜２０の口部に固
定される。
心棒１２と１１１鎖部材１４との間の密１！ｔ１装置は
第３図にざらに明確に示されており、この第３図は閉鎖
部材１４がその同軸穴２６の内部に向かって延伸する環
状縁部２４を含んでいることを示している。ヘリ部は心
棒１２に対して、壜が傾けられるか転倒されるかし、さ
らにポンプが心棒１２を軸方向に押しつけることによっ
て作動される時でさえなお、＠２０に含まれる物質が心
棒１２と閉鎖部材１４との間から洩出するのを防ぐため
封止を提供するようにして周辺方向圧力を与える。
加えて、心棒１２のつば部１８はその上面に三角形断面
の環状山積部２８を含む。ポンプが作動していない時（
即ち図示の状態において）、山積部２８は：］イルばね
１６の作用でｌ５１１鎖部材１４の１面３０に押当され
る。閉鎖部材は心棒の材料より軟らかい弾性材料、例え
ばポリエチレン（ポリテン）又はポリエチレン（ポリテ
ン）共重合体のような材料で作られており、その結果、
山稜部２８の環状縁は閉鎖部材１４の表面３０内に座面
を形成する。こうしてポンプが作動していない時、閉鎖
部材１４と心棒１２との間に完全な密閉が得られる。
第１図の具体例では、閉鎖部材１４はまた壜口部の上部
リム３４と金属リング２２の対応部分との間に配置され
た水平フランジ３２をも含んでいる。閉鎖部材１４が作
られている材料の相対的漿軟性の１６［に、フランジ３
２は前記２つの要素間の密閉ガスケットとして働く。
このように閉鎖部材１４と心棒１２との間及び壜２０の
口部の上部リム３４と金属リング２２との間の両力に封
止を提供する問題は、適正な形状及び適当な硬度の適正
な弾性材料の１％独部材（ｉＴ１鎖部材１４）を用いる
ことによって完全に解決される。
第２図は本発明密閉装置の第２の具体例を示す。
これは第１図の袋側とは、閉鎖部材１１４が第１図の金
属リング２２の代替として壜１２０の首部にねじ締めさ
れたプラスチック製リングナツト１２２に適合し得る形
をし゛ていることだけが異なっている。
第２図の残りの部分は第１図と同一である。
第１図と同一の第２図のこれらの部材は同じ参照番号に
百を加えた数字で示されている。
第２図の細部Ａは第１図のそれと同一で、従って第３図
に示されている。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ペースト又は液状製品をこの種の製品を入れた壜
    から分配するための手動ポンプ用密閉装置であつて、ポ
    ンプの上部閉鎖部材が弾性的に変形可能のプラスチック
    材料で作られており、前記部材の軸方向穴内には、壜が
    転倒され、又は何かの方法で傾けられる時であつても、
    ポンプを操作する間は心棒と閉鎖部材との間の密閉を確
    実に行なうためポンプ心棒の対応部分より直径の僅かに
    小さな円形開口を形成する環状縁部が設けられており、
    一方では心棒が両方向にスライドすることが可能であつ
    て、且つポンプによって取り出された物質の量を補うた
    め一定部の空気が外部から導入されることが可能であり
    、心棒のつば部はその上面に、ポンプが作動していない
    時に密閉を与えるため弾性材料で作られた閉鎖部材の下
    面に対しポンプのコイルばねの推力の下で係合する同軸
    環状密閉山稜部を含んでいることを特徴とする密閉装置
    。
  2. （２）ポンプ閉鎖部材が、壜口部とポンプを壜に固定す
    るリングとの間に、密閉ガスケットを形成するためそれ
    から径方向に延伸する同軸環状フランジを含んでいるこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１に記載の密閉装置。
  3. （３）ポンプ上部閉鎖部材が、ポリテン又はポリテン共
    重合体で作られていることを特徴とする請求項１又は２
    に記載の密閉装置。
