【考案の詳細な説明】
［技術分野］
本考案は、浴槽の一部を出窓内に位置させた出

増しをする場合には新たに基礎を形成してその上
に建て増しをしなければならず、工事が大掛かり
となり、コストも高くつくという問題があつた。
さらに従来にあつては、浴槽に接続する排水管は
建物本体の床下に位置するため、排水管が詰まつ
た場合など点検や補修や交換が難しいという問題

本考案は、上記の点に鑑みて考案したものであ
つて、その目的とするところは、出窓内に浴槽の
一部を設置することで、浴室の面積を広くとれて
大きな浴槽の設置が可能となり、また改築時に新
しい浴槽と取り替えようとする場合でも、浴室の
外壁に開口部を形成して、この開口部に出窓を取
り付けて出窓内に新しい浴槽の一部を位置させる
だけで簡単に新しい浴槽と交換することができる
とともに、新しい浴槽として大きな浴槽であつて
も設置することが可能となり、さらに浴室のスペ
ースを広くするのに別途特別な基礎が必要でなく
てコストも低くなり、さらに排水管などを出窓部
分から直接外部に導出することも可能で、点検や
補修や交換が外部から簡単にできる出窓式浴室の

出窓４の内側に浴槽５の上部外周に設けたフラン
ジ６がぴつたりとはまり込むようになつている。
浴槽５の脚部７のうち屋外側の脚部７の重心は少
なくとも建物本体８の基礎９の外側端より内方に
位置するように浴槽５が設置されるものであり、
屋外側の脚部７が建物本体８の基礎９に載設され
て脚部７からの荷重を基礎９に伝えるようになつ
ている。したがつて本考案にあつては建物本体８
の基礎９以外に出窓４のために特別に基礎を構築
する必要がないようになつている。出窓４の上部
には少なくとも一箇所以上の開閉自在な窓部１０
が設けてある。また浴槽５の排水口１３に接続し
た排水管１４は出窓４の下部内から出窓４の底板
１５を貫通して屋外に導出してある。もちろん出
窓４の下部の浴槽５のフランジ６の下方の空所１
６を利用して給水、給湯用の配管をしたり、ある
いは浴槽５に関係した諸設備（例えば泡バス用の
機器など）を配置したりすることも可能である。
出窓４下部の一部が点検口１１となつており、こ
の点検口１１には開閉自在な点検蓋１２が設けて
あつて空所１６内の点検ができるようになつてい
る。ところで出窓４内に浴槽５の一部を位置させ
るのは、新築時であつてもよいが、改築時であつ
てもよい。改築時の場合について説明すると、例
えば第４図ａ、第５図ａに示すように既存の建物
本体８の浴室１内に小さな浴槽５ａが設置してあ
つて、この小さな浴槽５ａを新しい浴槽５に交換
しようとする場合、浴室１の外壁２に開口部３を
形成し、開口部３に出窓４を新しく取り付けると
ともに浴室１内に新しい浴槽５を設置し、この新
しい浴槽５の一部を出窓４内に位置させるのであ
る。このように出窓４を取り付けるだけで、浴室
１のスペースを広げることができ、また浴槽５と
して大きなものを設置でき、しかも特別な基礎工

を取り付けて出窓内に新しい浴槽の一部を位置さ
せるだけで広いスペースの浴室とすることがで
き、また新しい浴槽として大きな浴槽であつても
簡単に設置でき、また出窓であるため、特別に基
礎を構築する必要がなくコストも低くなるもので
ある。浴室に設置する浴槽の一部を出窓内の下部
に位置させ、出窓内の浴槽と出窓下部内面との間
の空所に配管を配置し、出窓の下部に出窓の下部
内の上記空所に配置した配管を外部から点検する
ための点検口を設けたので、給水管や浴槽からの
排水管等の配管を出窓内の下部の浴槽を設置した
部分の残りの空間を有効利用して配管でき、出窓
内での配管が簡単にできるとともに配管を出窓か
ら外部に導出することで配管工事、点検、補修が
簡単にでき、特に内部における配管部分の点検や
