する収納ジヤケツト(図示せず)に収納した時の
防塵及び略位置決めを目的としたスカート部9は
金属板5の複数個の孔を介して同樹脂成形にてコ
ア本体6とともにインサート成形される。磁気シ
ート1は弾性体ワツシヤ8を介してコアキヤツプ
7により歪みなく挾持させる。そして前記構成部
品を第1図に示すように組立て、センターコアb
として一体化せしめるため、コアキヤツプ7に一
体成形された凸部dとコア本体6に設けられた平
滑部eとを超音波溶着にて固定せしめ、磁気シー
ト1を継続的に且つ弾性的に圧締挾持せしめよう
とするものである。

駄な費用となる。また超音波溶着といつた工程が
不可欠であるといつた問題があつた。

となりコスト的にも安いデイスクを提供すること
を目的とする。
