- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光入力を検出する光検出器１と、 前記光検出器の受光素子の暗電流による出力値
より大きい値の基準値が設定された基準値設定器
１１と、 オフセツトスイツチ４と、 前記オフセツトスイツチ操作時の前記光検出器
の出力値と前記基準値設定器の基準値とを比較し
て、前記基準値より光検出器の出力値が大きい場
合にはエラー信号を出力する比較回路１２と、 前記オフセツトスイツチ操作時に前記比較回路
からの前記エラー信号が出力されていない場合、
前記光検出器からの出力値を記憶するオフセツト
記憶回路７と、 前記光検出器の出力値から前記オフセツト記憶
回路に記憶されたオフセツト値を減算した値を測
定値として出力する演算回路８とを備えた光パワ
ーメータ。
