成形したことを特徴とする手段を併用することによって

と一体に合成樹脂で成形するから、リヤフレームそのも
の及び個々の部品の溶接、コーティング等の工程がすべ
て省略でき、かつ車両への組付けが極めて簡単になり、
生産性が飛躍的に向上し、大幅なコストダウンができる
効果を有する。その上、合成樹脂製であるため、耐食性
にすぐれ雨水やバッテリ液等が付着しても銹が生ぜず耐
