FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a laminated molding mold with a skin wrapping device according to the present invention. With the skin material 3 sandwiched between the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2, the melted thermoplastic resin 5 is passed through the molding machine nozzle 4 into the cavity 6.
Get the product by injecting it inside. At this time, the movable insert 7 disposed at the end of the cavity 6 is moved by the drive device 8 to roll the skin material 3 onto the back side of the product. The obtained laminate molded product 9 is shown in FIG. or,
A cross section taken along line A-A is shown in FIG. Third
As is clear from the figure, when the molding machine of the present invention is used, a good-looking product in which the skin material 3 is wrapped around the end face and back end I of the laminate molded product 9 can be easily obtained.

Next, the operating state of the skin wrapping device for the molding die of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. Fourth
The figure shows the state before the mold is closed. At this time, the skin material 3 is set between the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2. Moreover, the movable insert 7 is in an open state.
Next, the mold is clamped as shown in FIG. After the mold is completely closed, the movable insert 7 is closed by a drive device (hydraulic cylinder) 8 using a link 10. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 6, the molten thermoplastic resin 5 is injected into the cavity from the resin inlet 11. At this time, the skin material 3 is laminated with the thermoplastic resin 5, and is wound around the back surface of the product by a part of the movable insert 7 forming the end portion of the product.
After the injection is completed, the thermoplastic resin is left to cool for a predetermined period of time to cool and solidify, and then the rotating insert is opened as shown in Fig. 7.
Next, the mold is opened and the molded product is taken out using the extrusion pins 12. The excess skin material may be cut off by post-processing after taking out the molded product, or it is also possible to provide a trimming blade in a part of the movable insert 7 and trim the skin material within the mold. .
