[Prior Art] Conventional examples of Western-style sanitary cleaning devices for toilet bowls that perform jet cleaning with hot water and hot water heating of the toilet seat include those described in, for example, JP-A-56-6836 or JP-A-56-111734. There is something. In these conventional devices, a certain amount of water is stored inside the toilet seat, and an electric heater is installed inside the toilet seat to heat this stored water. The electric heater keeps the hot water inside the toilet seat at a constant temperature when not flushing. During cleaning, this warm water is pressurized with water supplied from the outside and sprayed from the cleaning nozzle.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The above-mentioned conventional device has the advantage that the same electric heater can be used to heat the flush water and keep the toilet seat warm, but the hot water storage volume inside the toilet seat is limited. However, when washing, the hot water in the toilet seat is consumed relatively quickly, and the washing water that hits the private parts from the washing nozzle quickly becomes cold. In order to prevent this, if the hot water storage capacity of the toilet seat is increased, the toilet seat must be made higher or a bulge must be provided at the rear of the toilet seat, which inevitably increases the size of the toilet seat above the toilet bowl. In addition, since conventional devices have an electric heater placed inside the toilet seat, a special installation was required to prevent the heater from becoming exposed inside the seat and becoming abnormally hot when the toilet seat was placed upright on top of the toilet bowl. This is also true.

[Function] In the sanitary washing device of the present invention, an abundant amount of hot water is ensured by the hot water stored in the toilet seat and the hot water in the hot water storage heater with a built-in heater, which is separate from the toilet seat, and both of these stored hot water are During cleaning, the fluid is circulated by natural convection through the communication channel. The energy for this circulation is provided by the temperature difference between the heating by the heater in the water heater and the cooling at the toilet seat. The relatively high temperature water heated by the heater in the water heater and flowing through the upper part of the circulation flow path flows into the toilet seat. The hot water, which has cooled down to a relatively low temperature after circulating around the toilet seat, flows through the lower part of the circulation channel and returns to the water heater. During this time, a relatively high-temperature upper flow and a relatively low-temperature lower flow occur within the toilet seat, so that the upper surface of the toilet seat on which the user sits is constantly and effectively heated from within by relatively high-temperature hot water. It turns out. In this way, as long as the heater is operating in a water heater separate from the toilet seat, an abundant supply of hot water for washing at a constant temperature can be ensured, and hot water heating of the toilet seat can also be effectively achieved. There is no need to install a heater.

In Fig. 3, the air warmer 3 for drying private parts after cleaning has a motor section as a power source, a fan section that generates air, a heater section that heats the generated air, and an air blower. The power source of this air warmer 3 is configured to be automatically switched to the power source of the pipe heater 12 of the electric water heater 11. This is because if the electric water heater 11 and the hot air heater 3 operate at the same time, there is a risk that the overcurrent relay (breaker) for receiving electricity in a typical household commercial power source will be activated, so there is no need to worry about this. For example, they may be able to operate simultaneously. The temperature of the hot air generated from the hot air heater 3 is adjusted by a two-stage switching heater, and a temperature fuse is used as a safety device. FIG. 11 shows the electric circuit. In FIG. 11, 28 is a plug-type fuse as a main fuse inserted in series with the power supply;
Reference numeral 9 indicates a temperature fuse corresponding to the reference numeral 15 in FIGS. 4 and 5, 30 indicates an energized pilot lamp, and 31 is open when not cleaning, and closed in conjunction with the operation of on-off valve 8 during cleaning. 32 is an excitation coil of the solenoid valve for closing the solenoid valve 23 when energized, 33 is a fan motor of the hot air heater 3, 34 is a fan heater of the hot air heater 3, and 35 is a warmer. Wind fan 3 temperature fuse,
36 is a changeover switch that is switched in conjunction with the operating operation of the hot air fan 3; 37 is a heater coil of the pipe heater 12; 38 is a control rectifier such as a triac; and 39 is the control rectifier according to the received optical signal control pulse. The electronic controller control element 40 that makes the elements conductive is a transformer, and these constitute the operating circuit diagram A of the electric water heater 11 and the hot air heater 3.

That is, cold water supplied in advance from a water supply source is heated by the pipe heater 12 inside the water heater 11 and becomes hot water. This hot water is sent out from the hot water outlet 17 at the top of the water heater 11.
The hot water flows into the hot water distribution chamber inside the toilet seat 5 from the hot water inlet of the toilet seat 5 through the hot water supply operating pipe 18 connected to the hot water supply pipe 18 . A partition wall 22 is formed in the hot water distribution chamber of the toilet seat 5 so as to block the annular loop, so that the hot water in the distribution chamber flows in one direction inside the toilet seat 5 and then flows through the toilet seat 5. The hot water flows out from the hot water outlet, passes through the hot water return operation pipe 18 connected to the hot water outlet, and further flows from the return intake port 24 at the lower part of the water heater 11 through the solenoid valve 23 which is in an open state. It is refluxed into the hot water storage tank.

In other words, when not flushing, hot water at an appropriate temperature is constantly circulating between the water heater 11 and the toilet seat 5 by natural convection, and while passing through the water heater 11, water at an appropriate temperature is constantly circulated between the water heater 11 and the toilet seat 5. The refilled cold water and the cooled hot water returned from the toilet seat 5 are heated to an appropriate temperature by the pipe heater 12 in the water heater,
At this time, the temperature is automatically controlled by the electronic controller circuit B, and hot water is sent out while maintaining the appropriate temperature at all times.

Here, according to the present invention, the above-mentioned circulating action of hot water for cleaning utilizes natural convection of fluid. That is, convection is caused by a temperature difference in fluids, and is based on the phenomenon in which high-temperature water rises above low-temperature water.

In this embodiment, since the water heater 11 is located below the hot water storage type toilet seat 5, the hot water is circulated more effectively by convection between the two. Also, in the water heater 11, there are entrances and exits leading to the toilet seat 5 at the top and bottom of the hot water tank, respectively, so high-temperature water flows out from the top of the water heater 11 due to the principle of convection. Low temperature water flows in from the bottom. Furthermore, the inside of the toilet seat 5 is a partition wall 22.
Because the loop is cut off by the toilet seat, hot water flows in and out of the toilet seat in one direction.
Circulation flow inside the toilet seat is smooth. Moreover, the high-temperature water flowing out from the upper part of the water heater 11 flows into the stored hot water inside the toilet seat 5, flows through the upper part of the hot water distribution chamber, circulates inside the toilet seat, and is returned to the lower part of the water heater 11.

Due to the circulation of warm water by natural convection,
There is not a very large temperature difference between the hot water in the water heater 11 and the hot water inside the toilet seat 5, and an abundant amount of hot water at an appropriate temperature is always ensured. Similar natural convection also occurs inside the toilet seat 5, and the upper surface of the toilet seat 5 is always hotter than the lower surface. Therefore, the upper surface of the toilet seat 5 is always warm, and the user seated on the toilet seat 5 can be heated during use.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned natural convection caused by the temperature difference of the hot water for flushing occurs even when the toilet seat 5 is placed against the low tank side behind the toilet bowl 1 in the same way as when it is placed face down on the toilet bowl 1. , hot water is constantly circulated smoothly between the water heater 11 and the toilet seat 5.

The cold water led from the water supply source by opening the on-off valve 8 is appropriately throttled by the flow rate regulating valve 9, and then flows into the hot water tank in the electric water heater 11 from the bottom through the connecting pipe 10. A pipe heater 12 as a heating means whose temperature is controlled by a thermistor 13 is disposed inside the water heater 11.
The cold water in the vessel is heated to an appropriate temperature by the pipe heater 12 and becomes hot water, and the temperature of the water in the vessel is always maintained at a constant, appropriate temperature by the electronic controller circuit B.

In this case, inside the water heater 11, the amount of cleaning water increases by the amount of water supplied from the water supply source, so hot water overflows from the upper part of the water heater 11 by the increased amount and is sent out from the upper hot water outlet 17, and the hot water is The hot water flows into the hot water distribution chamber inside the hot water storage type toilet seat 5 through the operating pipe 18 on the sending side, and the partition wall 2 of this hot water distribution chamber
The entire area of the left and right chambers sandwiching 2 is pressurized by the increased amount of hot water.

Here, the solenoid valve 23 is closed as described above, and the operating pipe 18 on the hot water return side that connects the water heater 11 and the hot water storage type toilet seat 5 is closed, so hot water flows from inside the toilet seat to the water heater. reflux is prevented. Therefore, the increased amount of pressurized hot water in the hot water distribution chamber tends to flow out through the flow path of the cleaning nozzle 4, and its water pressure pushes the rod-shaped stopper 27 to open the nozzle. As a result, hot water is sprayed from the nozzle hole toward the private parts of the human body, thereby cleaning the private parts.

After washing in this way, the user closes the on-off valve 8 by operating the switches 6 on the main body case 2 while in a seated position, and at the same time, the solenoid valve 23 opens, so that the inside of the water heater is not opened again. A circulation path with the inside of the toilet seat is formed, the pressurization of hot water to the cleaning nozzle 4 disappears, and the spring 26 causes the stopper 27 to close the nozzle, so that the jetting of hot water from the cleaning nozzle 4 is stopped.

Incidentally, when the air warmer 3 is in operation, the changeover switch 36 cuts off the power supply to the pipe heater 12 of the water heater 11, so that heating by the heater 12 is temporarily stopped. At this time, the circulation of hot water due to natural convection between the water heater 11 and the hot water storage type toilet seat 5 is also temporarily stopped, but the reduction in the heating effect of the toilet seat 5 due to this is only to the extent that it is practically imperceptible.

Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the hot water tank and the like of the electric water heater 11 are built into the main body case 2 as a hot water supply unit, but there is no specific limitation on the installation location, and the operation switch etc. The main body case 2 equipped with 6 etc. and the water heater hot water storage tank may be provided separately. Further, the hot water storage tank in the electric water heater 11 that communicates with the hot water distribution chamber of the hot water storage type toilet seat 5 is installed at a position below the toilet seat 5 to generate natural convection of hot water, but this installation state is not necessarily required. For example, the hot water storage tank of the electric water heater 11 may be installed in a position parallel to the toilet seat 5 or above the toilet seat 5, and the slowed natural convection circulation speed of hot water may be reduced using a separate circulation pump. Forced circulation may also be performed by supplementing the flow.

The sanitary cleaning device according to this embodiment includes a water heater for jetting hot water to clean the private parts after using the toilet, a cleaning nozzle for spouting hot water, and a hot air for drying the private parts after washing with warm air. It is equipped with an electronic controller to control the temperature of these devices.
Not only does it not require wiping the private parts with toilet paper after defecating, but it also makes extremely clean and hygienic post-defecation treatment simple and easy.
Since hot water discharged from a cleaning nozzle is directly sprayed onto the private parts for cleaning, the private parts are washed while being warmed, and the jet of hot water gives moderate irritation to the private parts, which can cause constipation and poor blood circulation. It prevents hemorrhoids and the like, and since the toilet can be cleaned while sitting in a comfortable position on the toilet seat, there is no need to take a half-slumped posture.

In addition, since we used a hot water distribution chamber formed inside the hot water storage type toilet seat as a hot water path between the water heater and the cleaning nozzle, hot water at the temperature felt from above the toilet seat when sitting is directly discharged from the cleaning nozzle during cleaning. The hot water is sprayed directly onto the private parts of the body, so the user can use it with peace of mind without worrying about the temperature of the hot water being sprayed, and there is no risk that the temperature of the cleaning water spouted from the cleaning nozzle will be contrary to the user's expectations. .

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the hot water spouted from the cleaning nozzle is directly supplied from the hot water distribution chamber of the hot water storage type toilet seat. The cleaning nozzle can spray hot water at a constant temperature from the beginning to the end of the cleaning process.
Since a large amount of hot water, which is greater than the amount stored in the hot water distribution chamber inside the toilet seat, can be obtained at once, the user can comfortably and thoroughly wash his/her private parts.

In addition, the toilet seat itself has a hot water storage type structure that forms a hot water circulation chamber inside, and there is no electric heater placed inside the toilet bowl, so hot water at the appropriate temperature is constantly circulated throughout the interior of the toilet seat when not flushing. Because of this, the temperature on the top surface of the toilet seat on which the user sits is uniform and there is no so-called temperature unevenness, and the temperature of the toilet seat is uniform and stable, which cannot be achieved with conventional heated toilet seats using tubing heaters, and the unique temperature of hot water is improved. Comfortable warmth can be obtained from the top of the toilet seat.

In addition, the hot water storage type toilet seat generates circulation by natural convection of hot water between it and the water heater, and constantly circulates hot water at an appropriate temperature throughout the hot water distribution chamber inside the toilet seat, so the hot water inside the toilet seat is kept at a lower temperature. By using natural convection of hot water, the temperature of the toilet seat can be maintained at a constant, constant temperature, without the need for any special power means such as a pump to force hot water into the interior of the toilet seat. This allows stabilization and delicate temperature control using only a heat insulating heater.
