【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、大根、胡瓜、人参等の野菜をおろし
たり、薄くスライス（薄切り）したりすることが

出来る便利な野菜調理器を提供することが技術的

中心部の巾方向に薄切り刃５を横架した同じく長
方形状の調理板６とよりなる野菜調理器におい
て、受容器の左右内壁１ａの前後端寄り上部の４
箇所に杆支承部７を設け、後内壁１ｂ上部に調理
板６を略水平状態に載置する載置段部８を設け、
一方調理板６の一端部両側に杆支承部７に着脱自

器１内に収納すると共に調理板６の先端部を受容
器１底部に載置させて調理板６を斜めにした状態

本考案は、上述の様に構成したから第２図に示
すように調理板６の支承杆９を前方側の杆支承部
７に支承し、調理板６他端部を載置段部８上に載
置すると調理板６が受容器１上に水平状態（少し
斜めにした方が良い）で支持されるからこの水平
になつている調理板６上で大根、人参等の野菜の
薄切り調理が出来、調理された物は調理板６下方
