防水壁を配設し、該防水壁の下端周縁を前記容器
の上端周縁の大部分と対向もしくは内側に位置さ
せたことを特徴とする調理用洗浄装置。 (2) 前記容器を被調理物の投下位置と該投下位
置と異なる洗浄位置とに保持する移送機構を備え
、前記洗浄位置上方に前記防水壁を配設したこと
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
