号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 発熱素子を上面に設けた平板状のセラミツク板
と、アルミニウム材で形成され、上記セラミツク
基板を表面に配置し、かつ、背面は放熱構造にな
された固着基台とを備えるものにおいて、上記セ
ラミツク基板と上記固着基台の表面との間に、上
記セラミツク基板とほぼ同じ厚さの平板に形成し
たシリコンゴム製の伝熱シートを挿入して上記セ
ラミツク基板を上記固着基台に固着したことを特
徴とするサーマルヘツド。
