ル部の断面図である。第5図は本考案の電子部品
用バツグの半折部の断面図である。

フイン系樹脂にカーボンブラツクを混練した表面
抵抗が103〜108Ω/口の半導電層をラミネ
ートした複合フイルムであつて、該複合フイルム
の導電層側を表層として折曲げ、内層の半導電層
の両側端部をヒートシールさせてなることを特徴
