Molten metal is supplied from sprue e, passes through runner d, reaches model c, and vaporizes model c. The vaporized gas passes through the gaps in the filler b, enters the vented gas f through the vent h, rises therein and exits to the upper part, where it is ignited by the ignition device i and combusts. On the other hand, the molten metal enters the space after the model c has disappeared, and casting is performed. As shown in FIG. 15, a large number of the flasks a are successively moved in the direction of the arrow Ak, for example, by a moving device j such as a roller, or by a piston rod k operated by hydraulic pressure or the like. This movement is carried out endlessly in a large number of casting flasks a, during which the model c is set, the filling material b is introduced, filling, molten metal is poured, air is vented, ignited, and the product and the filling material b are removed. Retrieval is now performed continuously. This equipment is adapted to provide automated casting equipment.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the device disclosed above has the following problems. This is because in the above-mentioned apparatus, when the shape of the casting changes, or when the number of castings changes when casting a large number of castings at once, the vented gas f may become an obstacle. For this reason, the shape of the cast product may be limited, or the number of cast products may be limited.

Function When the shape of the vanishing model 1 is changed in the flask 3 containing the vanishing model 1 and the filling material 2, or when the number of vanishing models 1 changes and the gas vent 4 becomes an obstacle, this evacuation is performed. Change the gas 4 from the conventional position,
Move it to a place where there will be no obstructions, remove the obstruction, and perform casting.

Effects of the invention This invention is constructed as described above, and the disappearance model 1
By movably providing a gas vent 4 in the flask 3 that accommodates the filler 2, the number of castings can be reduced when the shape of the casting changes or when a large number of castings are cast at once. Since the position of the gas purge body 4 can be changed when the gas purge body 4 changes, etc., it is possible to eliminate the problem that the gas purge body 4 becomes an obstacle in such a case.
