Claims (1)
- ケーシング１の内面に圧電振動子２の周部を支
持し、この圧電振動子２の一方の面と弁取付けケ
ーシング部３との間に吸込み口４と連通する第１
ポンプ室５を設け、この第１ポンプ室５と吸込み
口４との間の弁取付けケーシング部３に吸込み側
チエツク弁６を取付けると共に圧電振動子２の他
方の面とケーシング１との間に吐出口７と連通す
る第２ポンプ室８を設け、この第２ポンプ室８と
連通し吸込み口４と仕切られた流路９をケーシン
グ１に形成せしめ、この流路９と第１ポンプ室５
との間の弁取付けケーシング部３に吐出側チエツ
ク弁１０を取付けてなる圧電振動子ポンプ。
