環させて乾燥ホツパー1内の材料を乾燥するよう
にした乾燥媒体に不活性ガスを用いた除湿装置で
あつて、 前記ハニカム式除湿器3の吸着材を再生する再
生ラインは、少なくとも再生ブロワ20と再生ヒ
ータ21とハニカム式除湿器3とを循環する閉鎖
再生回路bとし、この閉鎖再生回路bの適所には
不活性ガス供給管25を接続するとともに、ハニ
カム式除湿器3より下流側には冷却手段22を接
続していることを特徴とする乾燥媒体に不活性ガ
スを用いた除湿乾燥装置。 (2) 前記再生ラインには、冷却手段22として
湿式集塵装置22aが設けられているとともに、
ハニカム式除湿器3と湿式集塵装置22aとの間
