図において、１は被写体、２は被写体から放射
される赤外線、３はレンズ、４は赤外線検出デバ
イス、５はデユア、６は冷却装置、８は信号変換
部、１２はシヤツター、１３はモーター、１４は
切換スイツチ、１５はフレームメモリ部、１８は
減算回路部である。なお、図中同一符号部は同一
または相当部分をしめす。
