を出力する可変周波数発振器と、印加された振動
音によつて振動する薄膜の振動音を入力するマイ
クロフオンと、前記マイクロフオンに接続され、
前記マイクロフオンからの信号を増幅する第2の
増幅器と、前記発振器の発振周波数に応じた電圧
と、前記第2の増幅器の検出信号から前記ボデー
に取付けられた前記薄膜の固有振動数を測定し、
この固有振動数から張力を求める手段を設けたこ
