In any of the above-mentioned conventional patient moving devices, when loading a patient, the patient must be lifted manually. For this reason,
In order to place a sick or injured person on a moving device without putting a burden on the injured or sick person, it is impossible to do it alone and requires the help of many people. Furthermore, even if a large number of people are involved in lifting the object, it is difficult to lift it with even average strength, and the result is that the injured or sick person is forced to do the lifting. Therefore, nurses, etc. who become mobile workers,
They are forced to do physically and mentally hard work caring for the sick and injured. The present invention eliminates all of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional methods and allows the patient to be smoothly placed on top of the moving device by rotating the frame rod after the moving device is slightly lowered to the side of the patient. The purpose is to provide a device for transporting the sick and injured.

With the above configuration, the lying injured person is slightly turned to the side, and the support leg of the injured person moving device of the present invention is used as a fulcrum to tilt the frame rod side downward, and the frame rod side is placed under the injured person's back. When the handle is rotated after the front cover is brought into contact with the patient's body weight through the front cover, and the handle is rotated, the front cover, which is floating on the supporting legs, is integrated with the handle. Since the patient is moved by a meshing belt that meshes with gears and the like, the patient is moved by his/her weight and the contact resistance of the front cover and placed on the body support table. After that, the user grasps the handle and moves the device as is or by placing it on a sleeping car or the like. In addition, when removing a sick or injured person from a transportation device, contrary to the above, the transportation device on which the injured or sick person is riding should be tilted using the support legs as a fulcrum, and then the handle should be rotated to move the front cover in the direction to lower it. This is done by The intermediate cover is divided into small pieces, and both ends of each are fitted into the constricted part of the center board and guided. Moves smoothly around the top. [Example] The drawings show a device for moving the sick and injured in which the present invention is implemented, in which Fig. 1 is a plan view, Fig. 2 is a horizontal side view, Fig. 3 is a longitudinal side view, and Fig. 4 is an intermediate cover and Figure 5 is a partially cutaway perspective view of the front cover, Figure 6 is a perspective view of the intermediate cover, Figure 7 is a sectional view taken along line A-A in Figure 1, Figure 8 is a plan view with the front cover removed. FIG. 9 is a horizontal side view showing the state in which it is attached to the height adjustment trolley, and FIG. 9 is a vertical side view showing the state in which it is attached to the height adjustment trolley. As shown in the figure, the patient moving device according to the present invention includes frame bars 1 and 1', short frame members 2 and 2', a central board 6, an intermediate cover 7, and a front cover 8. The center board 6 has a life-sized rectangular shape,
Together with the intermediate cover 7, it constitutes a human body mounting table. A constricted portion is formed at both short side edges and an intermediate portion thereof in parallel to both short side edges. In addition, the central board 6 is hollow to reduce weight, and its surface is coated with fluorine-based resin coating, baking coating, polyethylene cover, etc.
It is designed to be slippery. The intermediate cover 7 is formed of a net made of polyethylene or the like into a cylindrical shape approximately the width of the two narrowed portions of the central board 6, and is loosely fitted around the central board 6 so as to be freely rotatable. Both end edges are constricted, and the constricted portions face the constricted portion. Therefore, it can smoothly rotate around the central board 6 using the constricted portion as a guide without being twisted. Further, each center cover 7 is arranged so that it does not overlap. The short frame members 2, 2' are arranged on both short side edges of the central board 6, and bearing supports (bearing parts) for rotatably receiving the frame rods 1, 1' are provided on both ends thereof. Further, the short frame members 2, 2' are provided with adjustment screws so that their lengths can be adjusted. The frame rods 1, 1' are longer than the length of the human body support table by the length of the handles at both ends, and both ends are inserted into the bearing receivers of the short frame members 2, 2', respectively. It can be rotated freely. Further, around the frame rods 1 and 1', an elastic tube 4 made of a cushion sponge made of rubber or soft synthetic resin is crowned, and on top of the elastic tube 4, a vinyl belt with gear-shaped unevenness formed thereon is provided. is wrapped at the desired location. The front cover 8 has a vinyl belt 9 affixed to a portion of its inner wall surface corresponding to the belt 5, and also has a gear-shaped unevenness formed thereon.
After assembling the short frame members 2, 2' and the frame bars 1, 1', the belt 9 is attached so as to mesh with the belt 5 of the frame bars 1, 1', and the length of the short frame members 2, 2' is adjusted. It is designed to be stretched by adjusting the . This moving tool also includes short frame members 2, 2',
It also includes a support leg 10, a locking tool 11, and a stopper 12. Two supporting legs 10 are provided on each of the short frame members 2 and 2', and serve as a fulcrum when placing a wounded or sick person, and also keep the front cover 8 in a floating state so that it can rotate smoothly. There is. The stopper 12 is designed to engage with a concave and convex part on a gear provided on the handle of the frame bars 1, 1', and when a patient is placed on the frame bar 1, 1', the frame bar 1, 1' rotates and is rotated. Make sure that cover 8 does not turn. The locking tool 11 is locked to a telescoping arm 14 of a vertically adjustable cart 13 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, so that the moving tool can be supported horizontally on the cart 13. In the above embodiment, the frame rods 1, 1' are manually rotated, but an electric motor such as a small battery-driven motor may be installed in some cases. The device for moving a sick and sick person of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure is configured such that the lying person is slightly turned sideways and the frame rods 1 and 1' are tilted to the bottom side using the supporting legs 10 of the device for moving a sick and sick person of the present invention as a fulcrum. , place the frame rod 1 side under the back of the injured person and bring the front cover 8 into contact with it,
After a part of the body weight of the patient is placed on the body support table through the front cover 8, when the handle is rotated, the front cover 8 is raised on the supporting legs 10.
is moved by a belt 9 that meshes with a belt 5 integrated with the handle, so that the patient can be moved by the body weight and the contact resistance of the front cover 8 and placed on the body support table. Thereafter, the user grasps the handle and moves it as is or by placing it on a cart 13 or the like. In addition, when a patient is to be taken down from the transport equipment, the patient is removed from the transport equipment by tilting the transport equipment on which the patient is riding, and then rotating the handle to move the front cover 8 in the direction of lowering it. Note that when the patient is carried on a trolley 13 as in this embodiment, the auxiliary arm 15 of the arm 14 is extended and the moving tool is slid toward the auxiliary arm 15, and in this state, the patient is placed on the handle so that it protrudes from the side. You may also remove the moving equipment while gently placing the patient on the bed.

As described above, the patient moving device of the present invention eliminates the need to directly hold the body of the patient to lift and lower the patient, and therefore does not require the help of many nurses when moving the patient. It is easy to carry out, and since the patient who is lying on his or her back is simply turned over, there is no need to force the patient to change his or her body in order to move. This does not cause pain to the patient and does not aggravate the patient's symptoms. It has the effect of significantly reducing the mental and physical burden of nurses. Furthermore, since the front cover is used in a floating state due to the supporting legs, the front cover never touches the ground, etc. even if the surface on which the moving tool is placed is uneven ground. Therefore, the front cover will not be damaged due to friction with the ground. Furthermore, the center cover, which is provided to reduce frictional resistance between the front cover and the center board, is divided into smaller pieces, so when in use, it is difficult to wrap the center board in one large cover. There is no problem of increased frictional resistance due to twisting. What's more, it can be loaded and unloaded in either the left or right direction, so even if you cannot change direction and one side of the bed is against a wall, you can simply go outside the patient's room and change the direction. The injured and sick can be loaded and unloaded without any conversion.
