Claims (1)
- 塩素系有機溶剤を含有する排水を曝気槽を介し
て浄化し、系外に排出する排水浄化装置において
、前記曝気槽の気相中に溶剤ガス濃度センサを設
置すると共に、同溶剤ガス濃度センサからの信号
を受けて、溶剤ガス濃度が所定の設定値以下に達
したとき排出弁を開き、溶剤ガス濃度が所定の時
間内に前記設定値以下に達しないときは警報を発
する制御手段を設けることを特徴とする排水浄化
装置。
