複合材を形成し、この複合材の両端部をヒートシ
ールして筒状に形成するとともに、下端部をシー
ルして閉塞して袋体本体を形成し、前記袋体本体
の一部に小孔を複数穿設して、内部と外部とを連
通させ、さらに、袋体本体に多孔質透湿防水フイ
ルムを設けて前記小孔を閉塞したことを特徴とす
