内支柱の荷重支持強度が大となつて、移載装置の
昇降動によつても直立状態が確実に保持され、且
つ案内支柱と棚枠とが一体的に結合されたことに
よつて、棚と移載装置との適正間隔は確実に精度
を保持できるので、物品の移載が支障なく円滑に
逐行することが可能となり、更に、移載装置の昇
降駆動手段及び昇降操作機構等を、従来全く利用
されていなかつた棚循環移動経路内側空間内に集
約して配置できるので、案内支柱上に移載装置の
昇降駆動手段及びカウンターウエイト等を具備さ
せた従来例に比し、案内支柱に負荷される荷重が
著しく軽減されるばかりでなく、案内支柱の周り
の空間を広く利用することができるので、物品の
搬送・移載作業が容易に逐行される等極めて優れ
た効果を有するものである。
