器において、 上記ピストンの端面またはその近傍に、少なく
とも該ピストンに遠い一端側をテーパ形状に形成
したクツシヨン用ストライカを固設すると共に、 上記ロツドカバーの給排ポートの内端側に、通
路の開口度がチエツク弁を併設させた絞り用スプ
ールの変位により自動的に変化するクツシヨンバ
ルブを設け、 更に、上記クツシヨンバルブの絞り用スプール
の内端部を、上記クツシヨン用ストライカと対向
せしめたことを特徴とする流体機器のクツシヨン
