  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内面高さの中程に下向きの環状シート２８を有
    している垂直筒状充填ノズル１５と、 充填ノズル１５の下端に上下方向に揺動自在に
    取付けられているダンパ１６と、 充填ノズル１６内に昇降自在に保持されかつシ
    ート２８の内に挿通されている垂直ロツド１７と
    、 ダンパ１６の遊端と垂直ロツド１７の下端を接
    続している接続部材１８と、 充填ノズル１５内の液体の重力に抗してダンパ
    １６が閉鎖状態に保たれるように垂直ロツド１７
    を上向きに付勢しているばね１９と、 ダンパ１６が閉鎖されると同時またはその直前
    にシート２８に当接するように垂直ロツドに取付
    けられている環状の流下液体通路遮断部材３３と
    、 充填ノズル１５内における流下液体通路遮断部
    材３３より下方にはいる液体の容量以上の容量ず
    つ充填ノズル１５に液体を送り込む定量シリンダ
