するように構成した強制空冷エンジンにおいて、 シリンダブロツク１０の一側面にエアクリーナ
８とマフラ９とを前後に配置し、シリンダブロツ
ク１０の他側面から後面にわたつてシリンダカバ
ー１１で覆うことにより、冷却風をシリンダブロ
ツク１０の周側面に沿つて案内するように構成し
、このシリンダカバー１１と連続する状態でマフ
ラガード取付板１３をエンジン本体１の後面に固
定し、マフラガード取付板１３のマフラ配設側に
位置する端部をマフラ９に向かう形状に形成して
導風ガイド部分１５に構成し、マフラガード取付
板１３にマフラガード１４を導風ガイド部分１５
を外から覆う状態で固定し、マフラガード１４の
内面と導風ガイド部分１５と間に遮熱空間１６を
形成したことを特徴とする強制空冷エンジンの導
