Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the mold for moldings without the occurrence of extraneous feel, while the thickness of the foamed parts of two layers with different hardness may be surely prescribed by a structure in which the projected height of one molded part is kept higher than the projected height of the other molded part, and a top force is rotated by 360 deg. around a center line as an axis. CONSTITUTION:The upper face and the lower face of the top force 1 integrally used with a bottom force 2 have respectively molding parts 1a, 1b, and the projected height H1 of one molding part 1a is kept higher then the projected height H2 of the other molding part 1b. The top force 1 may be rotated by 360 deg. around a center line 3 as an axis. In the thickness of hand formed part 4a, the foamed height is controlled by the molding face of the molding part 1a of the top force 1, whereby its thickness is controlled, and then in the thickness of soft foamed part 4b, the formed height is controlled by the molding face of the molding part 1b of the top force, whereby its thickness is controlled. The foamed cushion 4 composed of the lower layer of the hard foamed part 4a with prescribed thickness and the upper layer of the soft foamed part 4b with prescribed thickness may be easily molded.

In the past, sophisticated methods have been used to produce foam cushions that provide a safe support and flexible, comfortable seat for occupants of vehicles such as automobiles or moving parts of heavy industrial machinery. However, most such lining methods have involved bonding together foams of different types and/or foams of different hardness to obtain the desired laminated shoe foam. Conventionally, for example, foam cook! consists of two layers of foamed parts with different hardness. I/ is partially filled with a first composition which becomes a rigid or semi-flexible foam with high elasticity and which, after creaming, foaming and swelling, has a low elasticity. It was manufactured by adding to the mold a second composition that resulted in a flexible foam (

However, according to the prior art, when manufacturing a foamed product consisting of two layers of foamed parts with different hardness, it is difficult to create a hard or semi-flexible foam with high elasticity and low elasticity by changing the foaming raw material, temperature, foaming time, etc. It is difficult to manufacture a cushion VR7 body with a desired thickness because the thicknesses of the foam and the flexible foam vary.

In addition, in the past, there were three methods: (1) using materials that are relatively difficult to mix in each stock solution for foamed parts with different hardness, (2) using raw materials with different specific gravities, (2) shifting the timing of raw material casting, or (2) creating slabs. Foam cushions have been formed by methods such as using secondary materials such as wood. However, in the case of ■ above, the stock solutions are difficult to mix, and in the cases of ■ and ■, the stock solutions that can be used are limited, i.e., there is no compatibility, or the specific gravity is clearly disputed.

For example, using different materials or materials with different foaming speeds and crosslinking speeds may cause the foaming stock solution to impregnate the auxiliary materials, making the bottom hard and giving a foreign body feeling, further increasing the number of work steps, and increasing costs. There was a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to accurately define the thickness of the foamed portions of the two layers of different hardness compared to the conventional method, and the mixing of the stock solutions is completely free, making it possible to avoid problems caused by mixing problems of the stock solutions. To provide a molding die that has good quality, does not require auxiliary materials, and does not give a foreign body feeling.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a molding die for molding a two-layer foam, which includes an upper mold and a lower mold, each having layers of different hardness, and includes a mold on the upper surface and the lower surface of the upper mold, respectively. The gist is to have molded parts, and the protrusion height of one molded part is higher than the protrusion height of the other molded part.

In the present invention, the thickness of the hard foam portion is regulated by limiting the foaming height by the molding surface of one molding section of the upper mold, and the thickness of the flexible foam portion is regulated by the molding surface of one molding section of the upper mold. The foaming height is regulated by the molding surface, and a foamed cutsilan consisting of a hard foam part and a flexible foam part can be easily obtained.

By using a molding die having such a structure, a foam shoe is made which has a hard foam portion 4& as a lower layer and a flexible foam portion 4b as an upper layer, as shown in Fig. 2! +74 is manufactured as shown in FIGS. 3(A) and 3(B). That is,
First, the upper mold 1 is set on the lower mold 2 with the molding part 1b having a large protruding height facing downward, and then the first composition that becomes a flexible foam is filled into the mold and foamed to form a flexible foam. A body portion 4b is formed (as shown in FIG. 3(4)). Next, after moving the upper mold J upward, it is rotated by 180 degrees around the center line 3 to direct the molding part 1a of the upper mold 1 with a small protruding height downward, and then the upper mold I is moved. Align with lower mold 2. Next, a second composition that becomes a hard foam is filled into the mold and foamed to form a hard foam portion 41 to produce a foamed cutusilan (see Fig. 3).

According to the mold according to the above embodiment, the molding portions 111b are provided on the upper surface and the lower surface of the upper mold 1, respectively, and the protruding height (Hl) of one molding portion 1a is set to the height (Hl) of the other molding portion 1b. The thickness of the hard foam portion 4a is set higher than the protrusion height (H2) and the upper die is configured to rotate 360 degrees around the center line 3, so the thickness of the hard foam portion 4a is equal to the thickness of the molded portion 1a of the upper die J. The foaming height is limited and its thickness is regulated by the molding surface of the upper mold, and the thickness of the flexible foam portion 4b is regulated by the molding surface of the molding part 1b of the upper mold. By doing so, it is possible to easily manufacture a foam kungjon 4 whose lower layer is a hard foam portion 4a with a predetermined thickness and whose upper layer is a flexible foam portion 4b with a predetermined thickness. In addition, compared to the conventional method, it has the advantage that the stock solutions can be mixed completely freely, there is no instability due to mixing problems of the stock solutions, and there is no need for auxiliary materials and there is no foreign body sensation.

In the above embodiment, the case where the image forming parts of the upper mold protrude from each other has been described, but the invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, one forming part 5a is flat and the other forming part 5b is flat. An upper mold 5 having a structure having a protrusion height (H2) similar to that shown in FIG. 1 may be used.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, it is possible to accurately define the thickness of the two layers of foamed parts with different hardness compared to the conventional method, and the stock solutions can be mixed completely freely, and there is no instability due to mixing problems of the stock solutions. In addition, it is possible to provide a molding die that does not require any auxiliary materials and does not give a foreign body sensation.
