Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】１先端側に向けて拡開し開口した形状を有する
と共に可撓性を有し、陰圧によつて被吸着物に吸
着する吸着パツドにおいて、この吸着パツドの開口縁部に、前記被吸着物の
吸着面の形状の変化に合せて変形しその吸着面に
なじんだ状態で密着する密着手段を設けたことを
特徴とする吸着パツド。２密着手段が、開口縁部に一定長さ切込まれた
切込みからなることを特徴とする請求項１に記載
の吸着パツド。３密着手段が、開口縁部に切込まれた切込みに
設けた伸縮自在の襞からなることを特徴とする請
求項２に記載の吸着パツド。４密着手段が、開口縁部に切込まれた切込みに
設けた薄膜からなることを特徴とする請求項２に
