る筒体と、建築物の他方の部材に連結される連結
部を有しかつ前記筒体内に他端側を内挿されるロ
ツドと、前記筒体とロツド間に所要の間隔を存し
て一対配置され、その外周に夫々筒体の内周面に
圧接される摩擦部材を、また内周両側には対向す
る傾斜面を夫々設けた摺動部材と、前記ロツドに
外嵌されこれら摺動部材の夫々の傾斜面に対向す
る傾斜面を有する2個で対をなす付勢部材と、前
記対を成す摺動部材の中間に配置され、これら摺
動部材の傾斜面に対向する夫々一方の付勢部材に
押圧力を付与して傾斜面の作用によつて摺動部材
を介して摩擦部材を筒体の内周面に圧接させる弾
撥材を具備せしめて成り、かつ前記ロツドの連結
部側外周に雄ねじを設け、この雄ねじに螺合する
ナツトの回動によつてロツドに遊嵌状に外装した
スリーブをロツドに対して相対移動させ、このス
リーブの他端に当接する付勢部材、摺動部材を介
して前記弾撥材の弾撥力を可変できるように構成
