[Conventional technology J Regarding the bonding and adhesion of conventional optical recording media, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 60
-185235, an epoxy or urethane adhesive was used. The specific method of adhesion is to dilute epoxy or urethane oligomers or prepolymers with a solvent or a reactive material, and apply them onto the substrate using a spin cord or roll coating method. , a method of polymerizing by applying heat of about 80° C. to 120° C. is used. [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the above-mentioned prior art, epoxy-based or
The viscosity of urethane adhesives is high, ranging from several tens of poise to several poise, which improves workability.Workability can also be improved by diluting with solvent-reactive particles or oligomers, or lowering the viscosity by heating. However, when plastic materials such as acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin are used as substrates, there are problems in that the substrates are degraded by solvents or deformed by heat. Ta. Furthermore, many epoxy and urethane adhesives are cationic polymerized, and they also have the problem of oxidizing the recording layer due to the presence of strong acids such as Lewis acid in the adhesive. The present invention aims to solve these problems, and its purpose is to provide an optical recording medium with long-term reliability, in which the recording layer is not oxidized by use, transportation, storage, etc. in hot and humid places. It is to provide. [Means for Solving the Problems] The optical recording medium of the present invention has the following features in its tightly bonded structure:
The adhesive layer is characterized in that it is cured using an acrylate or methacrylate monomer or prepolymer, and an adamantyl monomethacrylate monomer is contained in the acrylate or methacrylate monomer or prepolymer. The viscosity of the acrylate or methacrylate monomer or prepolymer used in the present invention is preferably 1 centipoise to 300 centipoise, depending on the solubility of the adamantyl monomethacrylate monomer contained therein. The acrylate or methacrylate monomer or agemantyl monomethacrylate monomer contained in the oligomer can be mixed at a ratio of several wt% to several tens of wt%.

以上1 and 2 are cross-sectional views of examples of the basic configuration of the optical recording medium of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 is a polycarbonate transparent substrate, and although not particularly shown in the figure, tracking grooves are formed on the surface by injection molding. 2 is a first protective layer of 5iAIN, which was formed by RF magnetron sputtering using a 5iAl sintered target and introducing a mixed gas of nitrogen and argon. 3 is a recording layer formed by DC magnetron sputtering using an NdDyFeCo alloy target and introducing argon gas. 4 is a second protective layer of 5iAIN similar to 2. 5 is an adhesive layer according to the present invention. 6 is a polycarbonate transparent substrate formed by injection molding like 1, but it does not have tracking grooves like 1. 7 in FIG. 2 is a PMMA transparent substrate formed by injection molding, and has tracking grooves, similar to 1 in FIG. 1. 8.9 and 10 were formed by the same method as 2, 3 and 4 in Figure 1, and 8 was 5iAIN.
9 is a recording layer of NdDyFeCo, and 10 is a second protective layer of 5LAIN. 11 is an adhesive layer according to the present invention. 12 is 13 PM

It is a layer of snow. Next, the adhesive layer according to the present invention will be explained. Table 1 shows formulation examples of the adhesive layer according to the present invention, and using the formulation, the optical recording medium shown in FIG.
The pit error rate when left at 0% for 1000 hours is compared with the pit error rate before the durability test.
It is shown together with a conventional comparative example. As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the optical recording medium using the adhesive layer according to the present invention shows almost no change in pit error rate even when left in a high temperature and high humidity atmosphere of 60°C and 90% RH for a long time. It can be seen that this is an extremely stable and long-term reliable recording medium.
