Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】１ダイアフラムの一方に油圧室を、他方にポン
プ室を設け、油圧室の加減圧によつて前記ダイア
フラムを往復動させ、ポンプ室内の容積を増減さ
せてポンプ作用を行なうダイアフラムポンプにお
いて、吐出側バルブをボール弁とし、該ボールの
移動範囲におけるボールの外周部分は、移動軸方
向に形成された少なくとも２ケ所以上のガイド部
を、前記ボール外径よりわずかに大きい円周上に
残し、他の部分を流体通路溝とした吐出弁ホルダ
ーを設けてなる油圧式ダイアフラムポンプの吐出
弁。２吐出弁ホルダー内のボールを弁シートとばね
の間に介装すると共に、ばねの中心部にストツパ
ーを配し、該ストツパーとばねとガイド部とはそ
