取付け鍔部に対し、注出筒部が平面視において、
ホームベース板状に形成されたもので、その開閉
蓋となる上面は、ホーム側において高くして鍔部
に平行状に、ホーム側と対する直線状側に向かつ
て低く傾斜しており、注出筒部の周壁は、その上
面近くにおいて内側に向かう鍔部と平行な段部を
形成することによつて、切離用の薄肉部を形成す
るとともに、この薄肉部に続いて前記直線状側に
ヒンジ用薄肉部を形成し、この開閉蓋のホーム側
には、引張り摘みを、またヒンジ用薄肉部を挟ん
で開閉蓋側には鉤片を、周壁側には開閉蓋を開披
したときにこれに係合する係合片をそれぞれ設け
