した第１の整流回路から安定化直流電圧を得るコ
ンバータトランスと、 このコンバータトランスに設けられる帰還用巻
線であつて、両端に得られる電圧をダイオードと
コンデンサから成る第２の整流回路にて整流し、
前記コンバータトランスの出力電圧に比例した電
圧を前記コンデンサの両端に得るようにした第１
の帰還用巻線と、 一端が前記第１の帰還用巻線に接続し、他端が
スイツチ回路及びダイオードを介して前記第２の
整流回路の前記コンデンサに接続した第２の帰還
用巻線と、 電気機器の待機時、動作時に応じた制御信号を
発生するマイコンを有し、その制御信号に基づい
て待機時は前記スイツチ回路をオンし、動作時は
前記スイツチ回路をオフにする第１の制御手段と
、 前記第２の整流回路のコンデンサ両端電圧と基
準電圧との誤差電圧に基づいて、前記スイツチン
グトランジスタのオン期間を制御する第２の制御
