    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個の超音波振動子エレメントを相互にスペ
    ーサを介して適当な間隙をもつて配設して凹状の
    送受波面を有する超音波送受波器を形成し、超音
    波送受波器の凹状の送受波面の曲率中心よりも手
    前において超音波放射面を形成するように超音波
    伝播媒体を超音波送受波器に設け、上記超音波振
    動子エレメント群を遂時に切替えて超音波ビーム
    を送受波するようにしたことを特徴とする超音波
    診断用プローブ。
