する接点とを有するラツチングリレーと、前記ラツチングリレーの接点を介して前記バツ
テリに接続される充電手段と、該充電手段の充電電圧が所定値以上になると前
記遮断弁を開放する遮断弁開放信号を出力する開
放信号出力手段とを備え、前記開放信号出力手段が出力する遮断弁開放信
号を前記ラツチングリレーのリセツト入力に供給
