Abstract

PURPOSE:To fabricate a scaffold safely in a short time while preventing vibration by a method in which scaffold frames of each stage are assembled on land, lifted up through frames by a winder, and connected to guide wires in a sliding manner. CONSTITUTION:A frame 6 to hang a scaffold down through a winder is set on the uppermost part where scaffolds are to be set, and a guide wire 4 for preventing the fall-down of scaffold frame 7 is laid between the upside of the scaffold and the land. The frame 7 is assembled on land, connected to the wire 4 in a sliding manner, lowered along the wire 4, and fitted with the expandible connector 8 of the frame 7. The frames 7 are lowered and mainly connected in a repeated manner. The connection of the lower stage frame 7 with the upper stage frame 7 is released, the whole of scaffolds above the disconnected parts is lifted up, and the lower stage frames 7 are separated from the guide wire 4 in a repeated manner.

Traditionally, this kind of scaffolding was constructed by setting up gate-shaped scaffolding frames on the ground, reinforcing them with diagonal braces, and placing a top plate (fabric frame) on top. To put it on,
The construction is repeated horizontally and upwardly until a predetermined height is reached.During assembly, the working position gradually becomes higher, while during disassembly, it must be dismantled sequentially from the top, increasing the height of assembly and unloading. There are dangers associated with the work, and there is a high risk of accidents such as falls.

Therefore, construction methods have been proposed that allow these scaffolding frames to be assembled and dismantled on the ground, and it is being considered to connect them to the bottom while lifting them using a crane or the like, or to dismantle them from the bottom.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, when assembling or disassembling while lifting, each scaffold frame must be vertically connected or disconnected while swaying. If you try to improve the efficiency of assembly and disassembly by arranging frames horizontally, you will have to connect many connecting parts at once, which will make the work even more difficult if the frames are swaying. .

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the method for assembling a scaffold of the present invention includes:
After installing a frame to suspend the scaffold via a hoisting device at the top of the scaffold, and installing a guide wire between the top of the scaffold and the ground to prevent the scaffold frame from falling on each level. , the previous stage scaffolding frame is assembled on the ground and slidably connected to the guide wire, the previous stage scaffolding frame is lifted above the height of the first stage scaffolding frame via the frame, and then the next stage scaffolding frame is attached to the ground. was assembled and slidably connected to the guide wire, the previous stage scaffold frame was lowered along the guide wire, and the telescopic connecting member of the connecting part of the previous stage or next stage scaffold frame was fitted to temporarily connect it. This is characterized in that the steps of lowering the scaffolding frame of the previous stage and finally connecting the scaffolding frame are repeated.

In addition, the scaffold dismantling method of the present invention includes installing a frame for suspending the scaffold via a hoisting device at the top of the scaffold in which multiple tiers of scaffold frames are connected, and allowing the scaffold frames of each tier to slide. After setting a guide wire for fall prevention between the upper part of the scaffold and the ground, the lower scaffold frame is disconnected from the upper scaffold frame, and then the entire scaffold above the disconnected part is removed. This feature is characterized in that lifting the scaffold and disconnecting the lower scaffold frame from the guide wire is repeated.

In addition, according to this method of dismantling a scaffold, each stage of the scaffold frame is slidably connected to a guide wire stretched between the top of the scaffold and the ground, and the frame is removed while preventing shaking. The demolition work is carried out on the ground while being hoisted up through the bridge, allowing for safe and highly efficient demolition.

(1) As a preparation before assembly work, as shown in Figure 1,
A sheave support member 3.3 with a sheave 3a at the tip and a wire support member 5.5 for the guide wire 4 are attached to the rose bed 2 part of the building 1, and the width direction of the scaffold on which the sheave support member 3.3 is assembled is The wire support members 5, 5 are placed in the middle, and are also placed slightly outside in the width direction of the scaffold on which the wire support members 5, 5 are to be assembled, so that the tip of each support member 3.5 is fixed. Make sure it sticks out to the outside of the full rose bed 2.

This frame 6 is provided with an extendable connecting member 8 that is the same as the connecting portion 7a between the scaffold frames 7 in accordance with the arrangement of the scaffold frames 7. As shown in FIG. 4, the structure of the telescoping connecting member 8 is such that a linear upper and lower groove 8a is formed in the axial direction of the connecting member 8, and circular fixing grooves are formed at both ends of the groove so as to protrude in the circumferential direction. 8b is formed, and a fixed bin 8C movable within these vertical grooves 8a and fixing grooves 8b is attached to the frame 6.
It is fixed by passing through a connecting cylinder 6a having the same structure as the outer cylinder of the connecting part 7a of the scaffolding frame 7 protruding from the scaffold frame 7.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, by rotating the connecting member 8 within the connecting member Fj 6a of the frame 6, the upper and lower grooves 8a
It is possible to rotate between the fixing groove 8b and the fixing groove 8b, and also to move up and down within the vertical groove 8a, thereby allowing expansion and contraction of the connecting member 8 and adjustment of the amount of protrusion by the two fixing grooves 8b. It is now possible to do so.

And, such a frame 6 has a sheave support member 3,
3 is suspended via a hanging wire 9 wound around a sheave 3a, and one end of the hanging wire 9 is suspended via a winder 10 as a hoisting device mounted on a frame 6 for hoisting a scaffold. It is connected to a wire take-up reel 11, the other end is fixed to the frame 6, and the frame 6 can be moved up and down by winding and unwinding the hanging wire 9 with a winder 10.

Furthermore, according to the scaffold dismantling method of the present invention, each stage of the scaffold frame is slidably connected to the guide wire stretched between the top of the scaffold and the ground, thereby preventing shaking. In this state, demolition work can be carried out on the ground, allowing for safe and highly efficient demolition work.

(1) At the top of the scaffold, a frame is installed to suspend the scaffold via a hoisting device, and a guide wire is stretched between the top of the scaffold and the ground to prevent the scaffold frame at each level from falling over. After that, the previous stage scaffold frame is assembled on the ground and slidably connected to the guide wire, and the previous stage scaffold frame is lifted above the height of the first stage scaffold frame via the frame, and then the next stage scaffold frame is assembled. is assembled on the ground and slidably connected to the guide wire, the previous stage scaffold frame is lowered along the guide wire, and the telescopic connecting member of the connecting part of the previous stage or next stage scaffold frame is fitted and temporarily connected. A method for assembling a scaffold, characterized in that after the connection, the steps of lowering the scaffold frame in the previous stage and making the final connection are repeated.
