学校等では、教室、体育館を適宜に区切るため
の間仕切パネルに黒板が組み付けられている。こ
の考案は間仕切パネルに組付けられた黒板のチヨ

いる。この係止バネ９は基端がネジ１０により枠
体５に固定され、下方から斜め上方へ突出された
先端部には合成樹脂の係合片１１が嵌着されてい
る。その係合片１１は先端が鉤型に形成されて突

回動させれば、係止突条１３と係合片１１の係合
が解除されるので、第５図に示す状態まで回動さ
