BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, internal temperature control and regulatory conditions have been imposed on cold and constant temperature devices used to store various medicines, blood, etc. in pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, etc. based on the provisions of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. In order to satisfy these regulations and be used safely, constant temperature devices equipped with various alarm devices and thermometers are provided. However, the main ones are a lamp or buzzer that issues an alarm only when the temperature inside the refrigerator becomes abnormal, an alcohol remote thermometer that displays the temperature inside the refrigerator, and a self-recording of the temperature inside the refrigerator that can continuously record for a certain period of time. It was equipped with a meter. For this reason, when the equipment is operated at night or unattended, the temperature inside the refrigerator may become abnormally high or low beyond the preset temperature tolerance range for some reason, and then return to its original state after a while. In such cases, the above-mentioned alarms and temperature displays have the disadvantage that they cannot be detected at all, and the self-recording recorder has the disadvantage that the abnormality cannot be discovered unless the records are checked back.

The present invention allows the alarm to continue to be emitted by a buzzer or lamp until it is manually reset in the event of such an abnormality, thereby prompting the user to check the recorder and prompting the user to take measures such as replacing the chemicals. This eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

is located. The control section 3 has an operation switch 8, an operation lamp 9, a buzzer 10 for warning of abnormal temperature inside the refrigerator, an abnormality indicator lamp 11, and a volume adjustment dial 12 for the buzzer 10. A reset switch 13 is provided for forcibly resetting the operation of the switch 11. The internal temperature recorder 5 has an upper limit setting pointer 14 and a lower limit setting pointer 15 for setting an allowable temperature range in advance, and can be changed freely. Contact 1
6. The lower limit pointer 15 is provided with a second contact 17. Further, the temperature inside the refrigerator detected by the temperature recorder 5 is displayed on the temperature scale plate 19 by a current temperature indicator 18, and the current temperature indicator 18 is connected to the common terminal 20 of the first and second contacts 16 and 17. have. A recording pen (not shown) is attached to this pointer 18, and the internal temperature is recorded on recording paper 23 sent out by a recording paper motor 22 driven by a battery 21. Records of the temperature inside the refrigerator can be kept.

Next, the configuration of the circuit will be explained. The operation switch 8 is connected to a power source, and other control parts can only be operated after the operation switch 8 is closed. An operating lamp 9 and a cooling fan 7 are connected after the operating switch 8, and a cooling compressor 6 is also connected via a temperature regulating thermostat 4. The relay 24 is connected in parallel with the buzzer 10 and the abnormality indicator lamp 11 via the reset switch 13, one end of which is connected to the wiring after the operation switch 8, and the other end is connected to the contact 25 of the relay itself and in parallel with this. The first contact point 1 of the connected internal temperature recorder 5
6, a second contact 17, and a pair of contacts constituted by a common terminal 20. A recording paper motor 22 of the recorder 5 is connected to a battery 21 which is a separate power source from the power source. Further, the volume adjustment dial 12 is provided independently of the circuit that operates in conjunction with the mechanical part of the buzzer 10.

In the above configuration, when the operation switch 8 is turned on, the operation lamp 9 lights up and the cooling fan 7 is activated. By lighting the operation lamp 9, it is possible to confirm whether there is a power outage or not. The cooling compressor 6 is operated and stopped by the action of the temperature control thermostat 4.
Here, if for some reason the temperature inside the refrigerator becomes abnormally high exceeding the allowable upper limit temperature set in advance by the upper limit setting pointer 14, the current temperature pointer 18 and the first contact 16 are closed and the buzzer 10 starts to sound abnormally. The indicator lamp 11 lights up to notify that there is an abnormality, and the relay 24 is activated to close the contact 25 of the relay itself, so that the relay becomes self-holding.

Next, when the temperature inside the refrigerator returns to the original permissible temperature range, the current temperature indicator 18 will open from the first contact 16, but since the contact 25 of the relay itself is closed, the buzzer 10 and the error message will still be displayed. The lamp 11 remains in operation and continues to notify of an abnormality. If the buzzer 10 is too loud while checking the internal temperature recorder 5 or replacing chemicals, the volume can be reduced using the volume control dial 12. When the work is completed, when the reset switch 13 is pressed, the power to the relay 24 is cut off and the relay's own contacts 25 are opened, so the buzzer 10 stops sounding, the abnormality indicator lamp 11 is turned off, and the reset switch 13 is turned off. Even if released, the buzzer 10, lamp 11, and relay 24 will not operate again because the first contact 16 and the common terminal 20 are open.

Therefore, even if the temperature inside the refrigerator becomes abnormal or returns to within the original permissible temperature range, the abnormality alarm will remain activated until the reset switch 13 is manually pressed, and the alarm will remain activated at night or when unattended. Even if the above abnormality occurs, the past abnormality can be discovered as soon as someone comes to the constant temperature device 1, and the temperature recorder 5
It is possible to prompt a person to check the situation and take action such as replacing the medicine. In addition, the operation switch 8
If the operation lamp 9 remains on but the operation lamp 9 is off, it is immediately obvious that there is a power outage. It is very convenient because you can see the current temperature inside the refrigerator and decide whether to take action or not. Furthermore, even if the power outage is long and the temperature inside the refrigerator rises abnormally, after the power is restored, the abnormality alarm will be activated because the circuit between the first contact 16 and the common terminal 20 is closed, and the compressor 6 will operate to allow the temperature to rise. Even if the temperature inside the refrigerator returns to within the temperature range, the abnormality alarm continues to operate, so even if the temperature rises abnormally due to a power outage that occurs when no one is present, it will be immediately known that an abnormality has occurred when someone arrives. You can get the same effect.

As is clear from the above description, the constant temperature device of the present invention has a first contact that closes when the temperature inside the refrigerator exceeds the upper limit set temperature, and a second contact that closes when the temperature inside the refrigerator falls below the lower limit set temperature. an internal temperature recorder having a temperature recorder; a relay that is energized when the first contact or the second contact is closed during operation; and an alarm device or an abnormality display device; It consists of a self-holding circuit that keeps the relay and the above-mentioned alarm device or abnormality display device activated even after the second contact is opened, and a reset switch that cancels this self-holding. Since the alarm device or abnormality display device continues to operate even if the temperature returns to the set temperature, if the temperature inside the refrigerator becomes abnormal or returns to the original allowable temperature range, The abnormality alarm will remain activated until it is manually reset, so even if the above abnormality occurs at night or unattended, the past abnormality can be discovered by the time someone arrives, and the temperature recorder inside the refrigerator can be checked. It is possible to prompt countermeasures such as prompting and replacing drugs. Furthermore, even in the event of an abnormal temperature rise due to a power outage that occurs in an unattended state, the presence of an abnormality will be immediately known when someone arrives, and the same countermeasures as described above can be called for. . Furthermore, since the contacts of the refrigerator temperature recorder are used, the electrical circuit is extremely simplified and the failure rate is reduced, compared to, for example, a system that uses a refrigerator temperature controller.
