Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 極低温液化ガスを入れる内側容器とこの容
器を収納する外側容器との間が真空断熱構造であ
り、前記内側容器の上部開口部は蓋によつて閉鎖
され、前記蓋の内側に断熱部を設けた極低温容器
において、前記断熱部に真空断熱層を配置したこ
とを特徴とする極低温容器。 (2) 極低温液化ガスを入れる内側容器とこの容
器を収納する外側容器との間が真空断熱構造であ
り、前記内側容器の上部開口部は蓋によつて閉鎖
され、前記蓋の内側に断熱部を設けた極低温容器
において、前記蓋および前記断熱部を貫通して前
記内側容器と外部とを連絡する極低温液化ガスの
供給管、排出管などの配管を設け、これらの配管
を繊維強化樹脂またはフツ素樹脂によつて形成し
