(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, in a spring device having such a configuration, the spring portions of the main spring and the intermediate support spring were formed in a torsion spring portion. The torsion spring portion is formed of a plurality of torsion rod portions spaced apart in parallel in the vertical direction, and a plurality of connection rod portions each having both ends connected to one end of the pair of upper and lower torsion rod portions. When a compressive load is applied, the connecting rod rotates and twists the torsion rod. Such a torsion spring part is
Compared to a helical spring section, which receives most of the load by bending the wire rod, the amount of deflection with respect to the load is smaller, so the spring device can be made stiffer. On the other hand, since permanent strain is likely to occur in the torsion rod portion, there is a drawback that the cushion undergoes a large amount of wear with use, and the cushion performance as a spring device is quickly impaired.

(Purpose of the invention) This invention was made based on the above circumstances,
The purpose of this is to maintain good cushioning performance over a long period of time by making the spring part of the main spring less likely to bend and allowing the intermediate support spring to support the connecting rod part of the main spring without bending. Another object of the present invention is to provide a spring device having hardness without local depression.

(Example) An example of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 is a base made of plate materials assembled into a rectangular shape. This base body 1 is composed of a frame 1a and a plurality of horizontal bars 1b installed in the width direction of this frame 1a. A large number of main springs 3, intermediate support springs 4, corner springs 5, and a frame line 6 are arranged on this base body 1 as described later. The main spring 3 has a linear connecting rod portion 7.
A pair of helical spring parts 8, each having one end connected to both ends of the connecting rod part 7, are continuously formed from a single steel wire having a circular cross section. The pair of helical spring parts 8 are formed into a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. 4, and their axes L 1 and L 2 are parallel to each other.
Further, the connecting portion between the connecting rod portion 7 and the helical spring portion 8 is formed at a substantially right angle by a straight portion 9. A large number of main springs 3 having such a structure are arranged on the base body 1 with their connecting rods 7 intersecting in a grid pattern. The helical spring portion 8 is located on the frame 1a of the base body 1, and the other end thereof is fixed to the frame 1a by a U-shaped clasp 20, as shown in FIG. Note that the connecting rod portion 7 of the main spring 3 is formed longer than that along the longitudinal direction of the base body 1.

The intermediate support spring 4 has a pair of torsion spring parts 10 whose axes are parallel to each other, and a connecting rod part 11 whose both ends are connected to one end side of these torsion spring parts 10 by a single steel wire having a circular cross section. It is formed continuously. The torsion spring portion 10 is the fifth
As shown in the figure and FIG. 6, it is formed of a plurality of threaded rod parts 12 spaced parallel to each other in the vertical direction, and a plurality of connecting rod parts 13 each having both ends connected to one end of the pair of upper and lower torsion rod parts 12. ing. Further, the connecting rod portion 11 is formed to have approximately the same length as the diagonal line of the lattice formed by the connecting rod portions 7 of the main spring 3.
Straight portions 14 are formed at the connecting portions between the connecting rod portion 11 and the torsion spring portion 10, and one of the straight portions 14 is formed with a bent portion 15 that is substantially perpendicular to the straight portions. The intermediate support spring 4 is disposed on the horizontal beam 1b of the base body 1 so that its connecting rod portions 11 are substantially opposed to the grid formed by the connecting rod portions 7 of the main spring 3. At one end of the torsion spring section 10, a straight section 14 and a bent section 15 are in line contact with the connecting rod section 7 of the main spring 3, and this section is connected and fixed by a clip 16. Further, the other end of the torsion spring section 10 is fixed to the horizontal beam 1b by a stopper 20, similar to the spiral spring section 8 described above.

According to the spring device having such a structure, the main spring 3 has helical spring parts 8 at both ends of the connecting rod part 7, which are less likely to undergo permanent strain due to use.
The main spring 3 maintains its cushioning properties over a long period of time. Furthermore, since the intermediate support spring 4 has torsion spring parts 10 formed at both ends of the connecting rod part 11 with a small amount of deflection against the load, the connecting rod part 7 of the main spring 3 is supported with hard elasticity, and the user can The intermediate support spring 4 supports the user together with the main spring, but the proportion of support for the user by this intermediate support spring 4 is large. Therefore, the connecting rod portion 7 of the main spring 3 is difficult to bend under the load, thereby preventing the heavy part of the user's body from sinking deeply. Further, since the spring portion of the intermediate support spring 4 is the torsion spring portion 10, the permanent strain that occurs due to long-term use is greater than that of the helical spring portion 8, and good cushioning performance is likely to be lost. Support spring 4
Even if the cushioning properties of the torsion spring portion 10 of the main spring 3 are impaired, the cushioning properties of the helical spring portion 8 of the main spring 3 are maintained over a long period of time. It won't cause any major damage. Further, since the corner portions of the spring device are reinforced with corner springs, even if the user is located at the corner portions, the corner portions do not sink significantly and can be used effectively.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the helical spring portion 8 of the main spring 3 is cylindrical, but the helical spring portion 8 may have a wrap shape, an inverted conical shape, or an inverted conical shape, as shown in FIG. 8 A to D.
It may also be non-cylindrical, such as a cone or barrel shape.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, this invention makes the spring parts formed at both ends of the connecting rod part of the main spring a helical spring part, and the intermediate support spring that elastically supports the connecting rod part of the main spring. The spring portions formed at both ends of the connecting rod portion are torsion spring portions, and further,
A corner spring having a torsion spring portion is provided at the corner portion. Therefore, since the helical spring portion of the main spring does not easily wear out due to long-term use, the cushioning properties of the main spring are maintained over a long period of time. In addition, since the intermediate support spring supports the connecting rod portion of the main spring with strong elasticity through its torsion spring portion, the connecting rod portion of the main spring bends greatly against the load, causing a part of the user's body to sink deeply. prevent it from happening. Furthermore, even if the torsion spring portion of the intermediate support spring undergoes permanent strain and its cushioning properties deteriorate due to long-term use, the helical spring portion of the main spring is unlikely to deteriorate, so the cushioning properties of the spring device as a whole are improved. maintained. Furthermore,
Since the corner portions are formed hard, there is an advantage that even if a user is located at or near the corner portions, the corner portions do not sink significantly and can be used effectively.
