[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an improvement in the structure of a conduit terminal member of a control cable used for remotely controlling a driven device by an operating means in various industrial equipment. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improvement in a structure in which a washer is inserted into the bottom of a conduit insertion hole of a conduit end member of a control cable.

[Prior Art] A control cable (hereinafter simply referred to as a cable) generally consists of a flexible conduit and an inner cable slidably inserted into the conduit, and an operating means connected to one end of the inner cable. It is used to perform remote control by transmitting the push or pull force of the cable to the driven device connected to the other end of the inner cable.

In order to accurately transmit such operating force from one to the other, each end of the conduit must be fixed near the operating means side and near the driven device side.

Such an end member has a conduit insertion hole 4 for inserting and fixing the conduit 1 into one side as shown in FIG.
and an inner cable insertion hole 5 which is connected to this and penetrates through the other.
The boundary between the conduit insertion hole 4 and the inner cable insertion hole 5 is a bottom portion 6.
Due to the nature of the cutting tool, it is generally shaped like a mortar, as shown in Figure 2.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] In the conduit terminal structure as described above, especially when a pulling operation is performed, compressive force in the A direction is applied to the conduit, so that the fixed terminal member 3
Since the end of the helical tube 2 constituting the flat-cut conduit 1 is strongly pressed against the mortar-shaped bottom 6, the end of the helical tube 2 will be cut along the mortar-shaped bottom 6 in a relatively short period of time. begins to deform, and eventually comes into contact with the inner cable 8 shown by the two-dot broken line, causing a disturbance in the smooth sliding of the inner cable.

In view of these conventional drawbacks, as shown in FIG. 3, a flat washer 9 is inserted into the bottom 6 so that the flat end of the conduit is received by the flat surface of the washer, or the bottom is made flat (not shown). However, as shown in Fig. 4, the end of the spiral tube deforms inward in the radial direction due to the pressure in the A direction applied to the conduit 1, and eventually It was inevitable that it would come into contact with the inner cable 8 and impede smooth sliding of the inner cable.

[Means for solving the problems] The structure of the cable conduit terminal member of the present invention is as follows:
A conduit end member that is cylindrical and has a conduit insertion hole bored in one side for inserting and fixing the conduit, and an inner cable insertion hole connected to the conduit insertion hole and passed through the other side. In this method, a structure is adopted in which an inverted mortar-shaped washer is fitted into the bottom of the conduit insertion hole.

[Function] In the cable conduit terminal member of the present invention, an inverted mortar-shaped washer is inserted into the bottom of the conduit insertion hole, so that compressive force is not applied to the end of the conduit that is in contact with the bottom. When a force is applied to the end portion of the spiral tube, the force is applied in a direction in which the end portion of the spiral tube expands radially outward according to the shape of the washer, so that it is not deformed radially inwardly.

The terminal member 3 having such a structure is generally fixed near the operating means side or near the driven equipment side and the cable is routed, and when the inner cable is pulled by the operating means, the terminal member 3 in FIG. Since a force in the direction A is applied to the conduit 1 with respect to the member 3, the end of the spiral tube 2 is attached to the washer 9a fitted into the bottom 6.
However, since the washer 9a has an inverted mortar shape, a force acts on the end of the spiral tube to expand radially outward along the inverted mortar shape of the washer. The end of the helical tube does not deform inward in the radial direction, and therefore does not impede smooth sliding of the inner cable.

[Effects of the invention] By adopting the structure of the conduit end member of the present invention, the end of the helical pipe does not deform inward in the radial direction during use of the cable, resulting in a smooth inner cable. The cable can be used for a relatively long period of time without hindering its sliding motion, and it is possible to achieve an unprecedented and extremely excellent quality improvement effect.
