れる前蓋スプリング20により前蓋7を常時閉方
向へ付勢せしめ、前記下ハーフ3に支軸21a,
21bにて回動可能に懸架される前蓋係止部材2

前蓋スプリング20は板ばねであり、該前蓋スプ
リング20は一端20aが前記回動支軸18に係
止されているとともに他端20bが上ハーフ2に
摺動可能に圧接され、かつ前記前蓋スプリング2

側に膨出する湾曲部20cを有し、前記前蓋係止
部材21には、下ハーフ3の側壁3aから外部に
