【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガイド部材に摺動可能に保持された可動軸
の外周面に接触することにより、ハウジング内を
密封流体側とガイド部材側とに区分するシール部
材を形成し、このシール部材に、密封流体側とガ
イド部材側とを連通する貫通孔を設けたことを特
徴とする密封装置。 (2) 貫通孔が、流体透過材を備えたものである

で形成した密封装置。 (4) 多孔質弾性材が、発泡ウレタンである請求
