Conventionally, elevators installed in locations that require air cleanliness require differential pressure control of the air pressure at each location in the landing, the car interior, and the hoistway, and the installation of devices to purify the air in the car interior. Countermeasures were being considered. Differential pressure control increases the air pressure in areas with higher cleanliness and regulates the direction of air flow. In other words, the air pressure is lowered in the order of the landing, the car, and the hoistway, so that the landing with the highest degree of cleanliness is not contaminated by the operation of the elevator. FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of an elevator equipped with an air cleaning device. A fan 2 driven and rotated by a motor 1 sends outside air through a pre-filter 3A and return air from the car interior through a pre-filter 3B to the car interior after dust is removed by a high-performance main filter 4. At the same time, we created a hermetically sealed structure for the car, and while maintaining a balance between the amount of outside air taken in and the amount of air lost through the gaps in the car door, we also pressurized the air used to guide the car, and controlled the differential pressure in conjunction with the air pressure at the landing on the building side. Let's do it. Figure 3 shows a flowchart of the air flow inside the car. Platform 1
1. If the pressure of the air in the landing 12, the car room, and the hoistway are A, B, C, and D, respectively, the pressure is A=
B>C>D.

However, although the above-mentioned differential pressure control of the air in the elevator is effective when the level of cleanliness of each hall is the same, when the level of cleanliness of each hall is different, the following problems occur. That is, in FIG. 2, the landing 11 is not clean. Differential pressure control is at landing 12,
The pressure becomes B>C>A>D so that the degree of cleanliness decreases in the order of the car interior, the landing 11, and the hoistway.
In this case, if the car is started with the door closed after it has been loaded and unloaded at landing 11, and the door is opened immediately after arriving at landing 12, the inside of the car will be contaminated by the work at landing 11, so the car will be closed. The indoor cleanliness level is considerably worse than the normal target cleanliness level. Therefore, the original ability to clean the inside of the car cannot be demonstrated.

This invention was developed in consideration of the above points, and it is possible to improve the cleanliness of the elevator car interior even if the air cleanliness of each landing is different in elevators installed in places where air cleanliness is required. To provide an elevator control device which prevents the deterioration of the cleanliness of a hall with high cleanliness caused by the operation of the elevator.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is an elevator control device equipped with a device for purifying the air inside the elevator car, and a device for detecting operation from a floor with low cleanliness of the air in the hall to a higher floor. In response to the detection output of this device, a device is installed that opens the door for a predetermined period of time and prevents the elevator from operating to other floors. Until the air is purified, the elevator doors are prevented from opening and operation to other floors is prevented to purify the air inside the car.

In Figure 1, contact 7 closes when a car is on the first floor where the level of cleanliness is low, and opens at any other position.
Then, the relay 9, which detects the opening of a door on a non-clean floor (first floor), is energized by the contact 8, which is closed when the car door is open and open otherwise, and the normally closed contact 13b of the timer 13, which will be described later. , its normally open contact 9a is closed. The car starts after the door is closed by the operational output of a known operation command circuit 15, and the contact 10, which closes when a deceleration command to stop at the destination floor is issued, detects that the car has been driven from a non-clean floor to a clean floor. The relay 11 is energized,
The normally open contact 11a is closed and the normally closed contact 11b is opened. The contact 10 opens when the deceleration command is lost. The deceleration and stop of the car is detected by the contact 12 and the contact 11a, which are closed when the driving command is lost and otherwise open. The timer 13 is an on-delay timer that turns on after a certain period of time from the time when the elevator is operated from a non-clean floor to a clean floor. Relays 9 and 11 are the normally closed contacts 13b.
The timer 13 is also turned off by the normally open contact 11a. As a result, the known door opening command circuit 14 and operation command circuit 15 are disabled for a certain period of time after stopping on the clean floor by 11b. Also, 1
1a, the display circuit 16 is turned on, and a message such as "Car ventilation in progress. Please wait for a while" is displayed inside the car and at the landing. Relays 9 and 11 are reset by normally closed contact 13b of timer 13,
The elevator is in normal service.

With the above configuration, the car door is not allowed to open for a predetermined period of time (the above-mentioned fixed time) after the car reaches the destination floor with a high level of cleanliness until the level of cleanliness inside the car becomes high. The effect of the air purifying device can be fully demonstrated.

The set time of the timer 13, that is, the above-mentioned predetermined time, is determined based on the car volume, the fan air volume, the dust collection rate of the filter, the amount of emissions from the landing with low cleanliness, and the value of the target cleanliness inside the car.

In addition, if a door is detected to be open on a floor with a low level of cleanliness, the door will close, wait for a certain period of time on the core floor, ventilate the inside of the car, start after the timer counts up, and open the door after reaching the destination floor. effect can be obtained.

As explained above, according to the elevator control device of the present invention, when the elevator car is operated from a floor with low air cleanliness to a high floor, this operating state is detected and the elevator car is operated with high air cleanliness. Even if the car arrives at a high landing floor, it will prevent the car from opening and driving to other floors until the air inside the car is purified, so the cleanliness inside the elevator car will not deteriorate and the elevator operation will be improved. This can prevent the deterioration of the cleanliness of a boarding hall with a high level of cleanliness.
