材の下端を前記ガススプリング又は脚体の上部適
宜支持部にて支持する一方、弾性部材の上端を前
記カバー体の内径部に突出した係止片に押圧接当
させることにより、カバー体の上端縁を前記座板
の支持体下面に密接付勢させたことを特徴とする
