ガスの循環及びガス循環系外への排気システムに
おいて、少量の系外排気ガスと循環ガスの一部を
熱風発生炉により直接加熱し、高温となつたガス
の一部を循環ガス系に送入した後、熱交換器によ
り大気排出ガスと循環ガス間で熱交換させ、所定
の温度迄循環ガスを昇温すると同時に、大気排出
ガス温度を低下させ、プラスチツク減容固化装置
に送入する加熱媒体（熱ガス）を経済的に供給す
ることを特徴とするプラスチツク減容固化装置の
