- 半導体装置の外観検査工程における透明な外観
検査用チユーブにおいて、チユーブ上面の一端と
、チユーブ側面の上端とが回動可能に取り付けら
れ、且つチユーブ上面部が複数個分割され、それ
ぞれ独自に開閉できることを特徴とする外観検査
用チユーブ。
