両端はドラム10の周面に回転軸11と平行に軸
方向に亘り夫々形成された2個のスリツト10a
内に着脱自在に挿入されている。即ちサンドペー
パ17はドラム10に対し着脱可能となつてい
る。なお、前記スリツト10aの数は2個に限定
するものではなく、サンドペーパ17の端部を挿
入し得るようになつていれば良い。サンドペーパ
17の大きさによつては1個でも良いし、3個以
上でも良い。ブラシホルダ12はブラシ13を実
際に装着する回転電機と同じもので、前記支持板
7に、前記回転軸11と平行に固着されたロツド
18に複数個(実施例では4個)挿通・固着して
ある。そして、各ブラシホルダ12は夫々ブラシ
13を保持し、ブラシ押え14によりブラツシ1
