Claims (1)
- 有底箱体からなる金属ケースと、この金属ケー
ス内に収納され、一方の面に複数のマイクロ波集
積回路が形成され、これらマイクロ波集積回路の
隣接部に表裏間に貫通する穴を設けた集積回路基
板と、この集積回路基板の前記穴に嵌合する凸部
を有し前記金属ケース内で前記マイクロ波集積回
路間を仕切るシールド板と、このシールド板で仕
切られた前記金属ケースを覆う金属ケース蓋とを
具備するマイクロ波集積回路装置。
