Claims (1)
- 開口端をボンネツトで閉塞されたシリンダと、
このシリンダの内孔に進退自在に嵌合されたピス
トンとを備えた流体圧アクチユエータにおいて、
前記ボンネツトの外部に前記ピストンと同芯状に
接合された有底筒状のキヤツプと、このキヤツプ
の内孔に大径部を回動かつ進退自在に嵌合されて
キヤツプの底部軸孔から小径部を外部へ突出され
ばね部材により反シリンダ側に付勢された操作ハ
ンドル付きの筒状雌ねじ部材と、この雌ねじ部材
のねじ孔にねじ部を進退自在に螺合されて前記ピ
ストンに固定されたこれと同芯状のねじ軸とを設
けたことを特徴とするアクチユエータ。
